Daniel O'Brian

Daniel O'Brian is a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in software development across various industries. Currently at Tesco since March 2021, Daniel is working on the Tesco Till program to enhance the software utilized in all Tesco stores. Prior to Tesco, Daniel held senior engineering roles at HCL Technologies, focusing on fintech projects for Deutsche Bank, and at Nexmo, where significant redevelopment of marketing sites was completed. Additional roles included front-end development at Brilliant Basics, tech leadership at Leagas Delaney, and lead development at FCB Inferno, among others. Daniel's early career involved significant contributions to digital media projects and broadcast technology at companies such as 20:20, LIDA, and SUMO.tv. Daniel holds an MA in Multimedia from the University of East London.
