Sophie Kelly

Sophie Kelly is a Business Graduate at Tesco, specializing in Group Communications and Talent since September 2023. In the role of Group Communications, Sophie managed the engagement of Welsh Members of the Senedd for Tesco’s Winter Food Collection 2024, ensuring smooth coordination among various stakeholders. Additionally, Sophie achieved a 472% increase in local press coverage for the Tesco Golden Grants event. In the Talent division, project management skills were demonstrated through the development of a global careers guide and enhancements to the colleague portal. Sophie previously worked as a Business Diversity Intern at Tesco, focusing on accessible recruitment processes, and as a Sales Associate at Gap, where exceptional customer service skills were recognized with an Employee of the Month award. Sophie holds a BSc in Psychology from Durham University and achieved A*A*A* in A-Levels from Millfield School.
