Fereshteh Zeineddin is an accomplished sales and service director with extensive experience in the retail and automotive industries. Currently serving as Director of Sales & Service for Canada, Mexico, LATAM, and Northwest US at Tesla since May 2016, Fereshteh has held various leadership roles, including Director for Canada & Northwest US and Sales Director for the same regions. Prior experience includes an Assistant Store Manager position at Nordstrom, as well as significant tenure at Louis Vuitton as Store Director and Client Development & Business Analysis Manager. Fereshteh began a career in sales at L'Oreal S.A. as an Account Executive, managing the Vichy brand, after completing internships, including one with the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs in BC. Academic qualifications include an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School and a BCOM in Marketing from The University of British Columbia.

Tesla’s mission is to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy through increasingly affordable electric vehicles in addition to renewable energy generation and storage. Tesla was founded in 2003 by a group of engineers who wanted to prove that people didn’t need to compromise to drive electric – that electric vehicles can be better, quicker and more fun to drive than gasoline cars. Today, they design, develop, manufacture, sell and lease high-performance fully electric vehicles (EVs) and energy generation and storage systems. In addition to selling EVs and energy systems, Tesla operates customer-facing infrastructure through a global network of vehicle service centers, Mobile Service technicians, body shops, Supercharger stations and Destination Chargers to facilitate widespread adoption of their products. Tesla also installs and maintains energy systems and sells solar electricity; and offers end-to-end clean energy products, including generation, storage, and consumption. Tesla believes the faster the world stops relying on fossil fuels and moves towards a zero-emission future, the better. Additionally, they market and sell vehicles to consumers through a network of company owned stores and galleries. Tesla operates as two segments: one focused on automotive which includes its Model 3, Model Y, Model S, and Model X vehicles, and the second on energy generation and storage which includes Powerwall and Megapack lithium-ion batteries. Today, Tesla is led by Elon Musk, however, other notable founders of the company are Martin Eberhard, JB Straubel, Marc Tarpenning, and Ian Wright. The company has manufacturing facilities in the US, Germany and China and has operations across Asia Pacific and Europe. Tesla is headquartered in Austin, Texas.
