Steppy Stephens has a diverse work experience in various industries. They started their career in 2018 as a Teller at Arvest Bank, where they engaged customers, processed transactions, and ensured compliance with banking regulations. In 2016, they transitioned to Miss Saigon Pho as an Assistant Manager, overseeing daily operations, staff management, and organizing customer events, resulting in increased revenue and customer retention. Later, in 2020, Steppy joined Arvest Bank again as a Treasury Management Onboarding Project Specialist, providing remote training on financial products and assisting customers with technical questions. They also worked at Walmart as a Contact Center Resolution Specialist, resolving customer issues and enhancing customer engagement through effective communication and compensation authorization. Currently, they are employed as a Support Engineer at Teslar Software, where they provide remote assistance to customers, troubleshoot technical issues, and understand customers' specific needs in financial product services.
Steppy Stephens began their education in 2015 by enrolling in NorthWest Arkansas Community College, where they earned an Associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. After completing their associate's degree, they transferred to the University of Arkansas in 2017. Steppy spent two years at the University of Arkansas and obtained a Bachelor's degree in the same field of study. In 2019, Steppy continued their education at NorthWest Arkansas Community College and earned a Certified Retail Analyst degree in Retailing and Retail Operations, which they completed in 2022.
