Jeff Dolven

Jeff Dolven serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Tessera, a purpose-driven company focusing on creating employment opportunities for people with disabilities while delivering exceptional customer service. Dolven has been with Tessera since its inception in August 2004, also holding the position of President and CEO at Skookum, a non-profit that shares a similar mission, until March 2025. In addition to the leadership roles at Tessera and Skookum, Dolven is a member of the Board of Directors at Kitsap Bank since March 2023. Previously, Dolven served in the United States Navy from 1992 to August 2004 as a Civil Engineer Corps Officer, specializing in facilities and construction management. Dolven holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Project Management from the University of Maryland.
