Tessitura
David Pearce currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director at Tessitura Network, where responsibilities include overseeing senior leaders in finance, people management, legal and risk management, and global operations across Europe and Asia Pacific. Previously, David held various leadership roles at Wales Millennium Centre, including Company Director for the production company and Strategic Director for Operations and Performance, contributing to the Centre's vision as a significant cultural destination. Additional experience includes consultancy work with AS Associates, serving as Vice Chairman of Tessitura Network, and holding trustee positions in cultural enterprises. David’s educational background encompasses a BSc in Computer Studies, postgraduate certificates in education and cultural leadership, and an executive coaching and mentoring qualification from the University of South Wales.
