Amanda Brown

Amanda Brown has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2009 as a Manager for Earth Treks. In 2015, they began working as a Bartender for Professional Bartenders and Servers, Inc. Amanda also worked as a Brand Ambassador for All Mountain Group from 2014-2017. In 2017, they began working as a Senior Technical Consultant for Alectrona and as a Freelance Full-Stack Web Developer for AGB Design. From 2016-2018, they worked as a Technical Consultant for Blackstone Technology Group and as a Senior Web Developer for SiriusXM. In 2020, they began working as a Software Engineer for Higher Logic, and in 2022, they began working as a Senior Software Engineer for Test Double.

Amanda Brown has a varied educational background. Amanda began their studies in 2008 at Marymount Manhattan College, where they studied Communication and Media Studies. In 2009, they earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland in Communication and Media Studies. In 2016, they obtained a Frontend Web Developer Certificate from Thinkful. In 2018, Amanda earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS in Computer Science from Montgomery College. Amanda also obtained four certifications from Jamf in 2017: CCA, CCT, and CJA. Currently, Amanda is pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science at the Georgia Institute of Technology, which they are expected to complete in 2024.
