Ieva Koroļkova is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and project management. Currently holding the position of Manager of Competitive Analysis & Benchmarking Services and Senior Project Manager at TestDevLab since May 2020, Ieva oversees multiple projects, engages directly with clients, and contributes to infrastructure improvements and team growth. Ieva has also served as a Quality Assurance Team Lead, supervising manual testers and mentoring junior engineers. In addition to roles in industry, Ieva lectures on transitioning to leadership positions for Quality Assurance engineers at TDL School and has been active in the Students' Council at the University of Latvia. Ieva's educational background includes a MiniMBA in Innovation Management from Riga Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Latvijas Universitate, complemented by earlier qualifications in programming and secondary education focused on Mathematics and Physics.
