Ahmad Zughaer

Ahmad Zughaer has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ahmad started their career in 2012 as a Shift Manager at McDonald's and then worked as an Inventory Officer Assistant and Storekeeper at Super-Pharm from 2015 to 2016.

In 2018, Ahmad joined Payoneer as a Customer Care Associate, where they provided technical support to customers and analyzed their service-related issues. Ahmad later worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer on Fiverr Freelancers from 2019 to 2021, serving as both a buyer and a seller on the platform.

In 2020, Ahmad co-founded Zanbq.com, an online store for beauty and cosmetics products, offering top-quality brands at competitive prices. Ahmad played a crucial role in the company until 2022.

In 2021, Ahmad worked as a Shift Manager at Super-Pharm until 2022. Following that, they joined HB Innovation in 2022 as a Full Stack Developer, working on the Notification Center project using Microsoft Azure Functions, Node.js, MongoDB, Typescript, and Redux.

Currently, Ahmad is employed as a Technical Support Engineer at Tricentis, where they utilize their technical knowledge and skills to support customers in resolving their issues.

Ahmad Zughaer completed a MERN Full Stack Bootcamp at Appleseeds | עמותת תפוחים in the year 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a Full Stack course at AXSOS Academy GmbH from 2020 to 2021. From 2016 to 2017, they attended John Bryce for Android and Web Development. Ahmad's earliest educational experience is their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General, which they obtained from Birzeit University between 2008 and 2012.
