A certified Detroit-based enterprise (DBBE), woman-owned and CCR/SAM registered small business enterprise (SBE) founded in 1966, TEC provides engineering consultation and testing services in the environmental, geotechnical, building & infrastructure, and construction disciplines. Our diverse client base of local and state government, K-12 and higher education, health care, financial, commercial, industrial, retail, residential, energy, transportation, and institutional sectors are served from our offices in Oakland, Washtenaw, and Wayne Counties.
