Kati Rausberg

Kati Rausberg is an experienced professional in finance and sports coaching. Currently serving as the Order to Cash Manager and previously as an AR and Revenue Specialist at Testlio since January 2022, Kati brings a strong background in accounting from roles at Bolt and Securitas Eesti AS. Kati has also held various positions at Audentese Spordiklubi MTÜ, including Basketball Coach and Assistant to the Director, while actively coaching basketball since 2013 for organizations such as the Estonian Basketball Association. Kati began a professional basketball career with BC Tsmoki-Minsk before transitioning into sports management and coaching. Educationally, Kati holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Management from Eckerd College and furthered studies at Tallinn School of Economics.
