Balaji Ranganathan

Balaji Ranganathan is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in IT infrastructure service management, IT project management, and digital learning design. Currently serving as a Process Learning Designer at Tetra Pak since October 2014, Balaji contributes to the Global Learning Team by developing engaging digital learning solutions and fostering community engagement among learners and Subject Matter Experts. Prior roles include Senior Analyst responsible for IT operations and service delivery, Site IT Lead overseeing infrastructure operations in South Asia, and Site Incharge managing service desk operations at Wipro Infotech. Balaji holds an Accelerated General Management Programme from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, a Professional Diploma in Digital Learning Design from Glasgow Caledonian University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology from Vinayaka Mission's Research Foundation.
