Prior to this role, Ian held positions such as Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Manager at Affinity Water, Health and Safety Manager at HMV, and Health and Safety Manager/CDM-C at Ocado. Ian has a wide range of education and certifications in health and safety, including NEBOSH qualifications and ISO44001 Lead Auditor certification. Ian has extensive experience in managing health and safety operations across various industries and business sizes.
