Amanda Muncil

Amanda Muncil is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contract management, grants administration, and recruitment within international development and agricultural sectors. Currently serving as the Contracts, Grants and Procurement Manager at Tetra Tech since May 2021, Amanda oversees compliant procurement activities and supports business development efforts. Previously, Amanda held various roles at Cultivating New Frontiers in Agriculture (CNFA), including Grants Manager where management of a $5.5 million USAID-funded project was key, and supported additional programmatic activities as Program Officer and Coordinator. Amanda's earlier experience includes recruitment roles at ACDI/VOCA, a focus on Environmental, Social, and Governance compliance at SEAF, and diverse teaching roles in English language education. Amanda earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the College of the Holy Cross.
