Jim Talbot

Jim Talbot is an experienced professional in the fields of operations and technical management, serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at ARD, Inc. since May 2001. In this role, Jim Talbot is responsible for formulating policies and plans for project operations and oversees various staff members, including Staff Associates and Proposal Specialists.
