Melissa Hall

Melissa Hall is an experienced professional in project management and land tenure, currently serving as the Director of Project Management and Deputy Chief of Party for the USAID Integrated Land and Resource Governance Program at Tetra Tech ARD. With extensive involvement in managing overseas project activities across multiple countries and significant USAID-funded programs, Melissa has handled grant-making processes, contract administration, and compliance. Previous roles include Associate for the Land Tenure and Property Rights Sector, Deputy Chief of Party for the Tenure and Global Climate Change Program, and several project management positions overseeing large-scale programs. Melissa holds a Master's Degree in Community Development from the University of New Hampshire and a BA in Government and Public Policy from Smith College, along with international academic experience at the University of Geneva.
