Stephen Moore

Stephen Moore, PE, is a Construction Cost Estimator at Tetra Tech since April 2023, with a strong background in civil engineering and leadership within the U.S. Navy Reserve as a Civil Engineer Corp Officer. Experience includes roles such as Company Commander and Region Commander, overseeing various construction companies and managing teams of Seabees. Previously, Stephen served as a project engineer at Strand Associates, focusing on wastewater, storm water, and water applications. Additional experience includes a volunteer position as Lay Leader for First United Methodist Church, and various roles in the U.S. Navy, where responsibilities included management of submarine facilities and inspections for public safety. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky.
