Lucas Roe

Lucas Roe is an experienced design professional with a diverse background in user experience and product design. As Co-Founder of Flourishing Co. since January 2024, Lucas also serves as Lead Product Designer at Studio Designer and Founding Designer at Tetragram. Additionally, Lucas has held roles such as Lead Product Designer at Vertex Inc., AVP Design Team Lead at T. Rowe Price, and UX Designer at Fastspot, among others. With a solid foundation in graphic design from Towson University, Lucas has contributed to various UX initiatives, including user testing programs and strategic design recommendations, while also engaging in community leadership through organizations like Baltimore UX Meetup.
