Ian B. has a diverse work experience in the field of IT infrastructure and operations. Ian currently holds the position of Vice President, Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) at Texans Credit Union. Prior to this, they worked at the Federal Reserve System, where they held various roles. As Assistant Vice President, Treasury Services, they were responsible for ensuring the secure and reliable operation of the infrastructure. Ian also served as a strategist and platform architect leader, developing and deploying strategies and operational policies to secure information assets. Additionally, Ian served as the Assistant Vice President, IT Operations, overseeing the Treasury Web Application Infrastructure services. Ian began their career at HP Enterprise Services, where they held increasingly responsible positions, including Director, Data Center and Offshore IT Operations.
Ian B. holds a Professional Certificate in Cloud & DevOps: Continuous Transformation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Ian also has an Executive Certificate in Digital Transformation from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Their undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Western Michigan University. Additionally, Ian has obtained several certifications including Cloud & DevOps: Continuous Transformation from MIT Professional Education, Digital Transformation Playbook: Leverage Technology to Innovate Your Business from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, Cloud Digital Leader from Google Cloud Training Online, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services, Global Security Leadership from SANS Institute, ITIL v3 from Pink Elephant, and Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft.
