Tanya Patterson has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the banking and credit union industry. Tanya most recently served as the Vice President of Strategic Solutions at Texans Credit Union, where they provided strategic direction and oversaw the development and implementation of electronic delivery channels. Prior to that, they held positions such as Vice President of Information Technology, Senior Director of Information Technology, and Director of Emerging Technology and Strategy at Texans Credit Union. Tanya also has experience as the Chief Operating Officer of Back-Office Operations & Self Service Products, Vice President of Self Service Technology, and Vice President/Director of PMO/Enterprise Applications at the credit union.
Before joining Texans Credit Union, Tanya worked as a Product Manager at Corporate Network eCom, where they managed an internet banking suite of products. Tanya also gained experience as a Y2K Project Manager at U.S. Central and as a Product Analyst at US. Central Credit Union.
Tanya's early career includes a role as a Senior Auditor at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, where they conducted financial and operational audits and participated in cross-departmental project teams. Tanya started their career as a Staff Accountant at Baird Kurtz & Dobson.
Throughout their career, Tanya has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, project management, product development, and implementation of technology solutions in the banking industry.
Tanya Patterson has pursued their education at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Tanya furthered their studies at the same institution, achieving a Master of Science degree in Accounting. No specific start or end years are provided for either degree program.
