Kathryn Montgomery

Kathryn Montgomery serves as the Director of Human Resources Services at Texas A&M University-Texarkana since June 2022, holding the SHRM-SCP certification. Previously, Kathryn held several leadership roles at TIAA-CREF from November 1993 to June 2022, including Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging, as well as Sr. Director of Plan Sponsor and Intermediary Engagement Marketing, where responsibilities included developing strategic marketing campaigns for institutional clients. Additionally, Kathryn served as Director of Enterprise Marketing, overseeing industry events and sponsorship programs. Early career experience includes a position as an Account Manager in Retirement Services at Fidelity Investments from 1986 to November 1993. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the University of North Texas, earned between 1982 and 1985.
