Lara Moliterni is an experienced leader in sales and business development with a strong background in building high-performing teams and optimizing processes. Currently, Lara serves as the Founder of Scala M and as a Business Mentor for the RevTech Labs Foundation, supporting FinTech startups. Additionally, Lara is an Advisory Committee Member for the Women In Leadership Program at Texas A&M University-Texarkana, providing mentorship and advocacy.
