Prior to that, David was the Appointments Manager at the Office of Texas Governor Greg Abbott and the Outreach Director at the Republican Party of Texas. David holds a Master's degree in Urban Management & Public Affairs and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from St. Mary's University.
