William Bova

William Bova has extensive work experience in IT management and operations. From 2017 to the present, they have worked as the Director of Engineering and Operations - Child Support at the Texas Attorney General's Office. In this role, they oversee IT professionals and provides support for various end-user and infrastructure services.

Prior to this, from 1997 to 2017, William worked at The University of Texas at Austin in various IT roles. William served as a Senior IT Manager, managing the Enterprise Systems Management portfolio and providing support for over 1,000 servers. William also held positions as an IT Manager, Senior System Administrator, Senior System Analyst, and Computer Programmer during their time at the university.

William Bova obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Theatre/Theater from Texas State University, where they studied from 1993 to 1995. In 2015, they also obtained the ITIL Foundation in IT Management certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
