Rachel West is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in risk management and product development. Currently serving as Vice President and Counterparty Risk Manager at Texas Capital since October 2022, Rachel has previously held leadership positions, including Chief Revenue and Strategy Officer at A and N Mortgage Services, Inc., and Vice President roles at Simmons Bank, Southwest Bank, and Southwest Securities. With a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Texas A&M University, Rachel has developed significant expertise in credit management, mortgage services, and product development throughout a career spanning over 15 years.
