Sean Sims

Sean Sims is an experienced professional in the fields of financial services, healthcare, and energy, currently serving as the Director of Business Transformation at Texas Capital since July 2023. Prior to this role, Sean held the position of Senior Manager at Sendero from 2016 to July 2023, where notable achievements included leading a multi-year Network Segmentation program for a healthcare client and overseeing PCI compliance projects for an energy client. Sean also worked as a Specialist at McKinsey & Company from 2005 to 2015, served as Vice President of Consumer Finance at ideas42 between 2012 and 2013, and began a career as a Research Associate at Latino Community Credit Union in 2004. Academically, Sean holds a Master of Science in International Development from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Political Science from Texas A&M University.
