Carl Blair is an Election Protection Attorney at Texas Civil Rights Project, where Carl developed campaign plans and public education materials related to Texas election law. Carl also worked as a Solo Practitioner at The Law Offices of Carl Blair, preparing legal documents for corporate, non-profit, and personal injury clients. Carl has a strong background in policy analysis and legal research, having worked in various roles related to energy, environment, and civil rights advocacy.
