Kris Biesiadecki is a seasoned software development manager currently overseeing development at TDECU since May 2019. Previously, Kris held the position of IT Solutions Architect at TDECU, focusing on digital transformation initiatives and creating mobile and responsive web applications. Kris’ extensive experience includes serving as Enterprise Architect at Stewart Title, where requirements were gathered for new processes, and as Senior Software Developer at Stewart Lender Services, specializing in web application development with ADO.NET and Entity Framework. Early career roles involved web development and software engineering at Insperity and other companies, contributing to various projects with a focus on .NET technologies and applications for the legal and financial sectors. Kris earned an education at the University of Houston from 1993 to 1996, following high school at Jewell G Elsik High School from 1988 to 1992.

Founded in 1955, TDECU formed when a group of Dow employees pitched in $5 each to loan a friend $35 to buy a refrigerator. That initial mission of people helping people continues today.
