Kimberly Browder

Kimberly Browder, CHC, CHRC, CHPC, currently serves as Senior Director and System Privacy Officer at Texas Health Resources since December 2023. Previously, Kimberly held the position of Vice President of Compliance, Privacy, and Regulatory Accreditation at Wise Health System from May 2017 to December 2023. Prior roles include Regional Director of Corporate Responsibility at Adventist Health System, Regional Compliance Officer and Privacy Officer at SSM Health St. Louis, and Information Security Officer & Privacy Officer at St. Anthony's Medical Center. Kimberly's early career includes a role as Sr. Information Privacy and Security Analyst at Children's Medical Center of Dallas and extensive experience as a Paralegal in various DFW area law firms. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences from the University of North Texas, an MBA candidacy from WGU Missouri, an Associate of Arts from Tarrant County College, and current studies in a Master of Legal Studies program at Pepperdine Caruso Law, expected to be completed in December 2025.
