Shawn Groth, M.D., M.S., FACS is an accomplished medical professional currently serving as the Associate Chief and Associate Professor of Surgery in the Division of Thoracic Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine since October 2014. In addition, Shawn Groth holds the position of Director of Esophageal Surgical Services within the same division and serves as the Associate Program Director for the Thoracic Surgery Residency Program at Texas Heart Institute. Previous roles include Clinical Instructor in the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery at UPMC from July 2013 to September 2014.
