Cecelia Smith

Cecelia Smith is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience at Texas Instruments, where Smith has served as Vice President and General Manager since February 1996, currently leading Analog Foundry Services and focusing on markets such as Test & Measurement, Medical Imaging, Aerospace & Defense, and Automotive. Previously, Smith held the role of VP and General Manager overseeing Boost, PMIC, and High Power Processor initiatives from January 2017 to December 2022. Smith's leadership development was recognized through participation in the International Women's Forum in 2007-2008. Smith also has experience as a Board Member for the 1394 Trade Association and has held engineering positions at Micronics Computers and Xerox. Smith earned a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Fullerton and completed Executive Education at Harvard Business School in 2008.
