Dhanoop Varghese

Dhanoop Varghese is a distinguished member of the technical staff at Texas Instruments, holding the position of Transistor Reliability Manager since October 2009. With a focus on advanced technology development, Dhanoop's expertise includes the evaluation and modeling of reliability mechanisms for CMOS, DeMOS, and LDMOS components. Prior roles at Texas Instruments encompass various leadership positions in reliability engineering, contributing to significant advancements in technology. Additionally, Dhanoop served as the IEDM Reliability of Systems and Devices Committee Chair in 2020.
