Maren Jepsen

Maren Jepsen serves as a Senior UX Writer & Content Strategist at Texas Mutual Insurance Company since September 2022, following a role as Senior Content Designer at Khoros from January 2021 to September 2022. Previously, Maren held the position of Product Content Strategist at Volusion for nearly a decade, where responsibilities included creating UX copy, auditing product language, and managing blog contributions. Additional experience encompasses roles as Customer Experience Content Manager and Technical Copywriter, along with earlier positions in design and project coordination across various companies, including the U.S. Census Bureau and Rare Magazine LLC. Maren holds a B.A. in Advertising from Michigan State University and participated in multimedia journalism training at The Poynter Institute.
