Texas Performing Arts
Miguel Robles is a skilled development specialist currently working at Texas Performing Arts since October 2022, where previous roles include development associate. Prior experience includes serving as an administrative assistant at Meals on Wheels Central Texas from May 2021 to June 2022, and as an English teacher and teacher trainer with the Peace Corps from September 2018 to March 2020. Miguel also interned at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Texas, both as a development intern in early 2018 and as a development/special events intern in mid-2017. Additional experience includes serving as a fellow at the Longhorn Center for Community Engagement at Austin City Hall and as a communications intern at the Institute for Diversity and Civic Life. Miguel holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies with a focus on Human Relations from The University of Texas at Austin, as well as an Associate of Arts in Communications from San Jacinto College.
