Previously, Margarett held roles as Operations Manager and Project Manager at Mesquite Lodge - Catering - Logistics from 2012 to 2017, where efforts included managing a guest services department and coordinating significant project initiatives across multiple locations. Additionally, Margarett worked as a Recruiter at Sun Coast Resources, Inc. from September 2011 to May 2012, establishing a productive recruitment division. Margarett holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Stephen F. Austin State University.
