Javier Flores

Javier Flores is currently serving as the Vice President For Enrollment Management at Texas Woman's University. Prior to this, Javier held the role of Vice President Student Affairs & Enrollment Management at Angelo State University. Javier also works as an Educational Consultant at Si Se Puede Higher Education Consulting, where Javier assists institutions in developing and implementing strategic enrollment management plans. With a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Texas Tech University, Javier brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in leadership and educational administration to their roles.
