Lawrencina Mason Oramalu

Lawrencina Mason Oramalu currently serves as the Director of the Center for Student Leadership at Texas Woman's University, where responsibilities include articulating the center's mission, overseeing leadership development opportunities, and coordinating scholarship programs. As the Founding President of Soar2BMore, Lawrencina educates and empowers individuals and organizations through various professional services. Previous roles include Associate Dean of Educational Partnerships at El Centro College, Director of Equity and Diversity at Minneapolis Public Schools, and Assistant Dean and Director of Multicultural Affairs at William Mitchell College of Law.
