Rachel Coathup

Rachel Coathup has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the education and technology sectors. Rachel most recently worked at Texthelp as a Customer Success Director, where they started in December 2022. Prior to that, they were a Customer Success Manager at Texthelp from September 2022 to February 2023. Rachel also worked at ClickView as a ClickView Advisor QLD from February 2022 to September 2022, and as a Learning Advisor from March 2021 to September 2022. Rachel served as a Lead Teacher - Technology for Learning at LEO Academy Trust from April 2020 to February 2021. Rachel previously held the position of EdTech Trainer from September 2019 to April 2020. Rachel worked at Dulwich Prep London as the Head of Digital Curriculum from July 2018 to August 2019 and as a Computer Teacher from January 2017 to August 2019. Rachel's earliest work experience was as a Classroom Teacher at St James Catholic Primary from January 2015 to December 2016.

Rachel Coathup earned a Bachelor of Education degree from Australian Catholic University in the field of Education in 2011. Since then, they have obtained several additional certifications, including becoming an ISTE Certified Educator in March 2021, Adobe Creative Educator Level 1 in September 2020, Google Educator Certified Innovator and Google for Education Certified Trainer in October 2019, Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google in February 2019, and Microsoft Certified Educator (MCE) from Microsoft in January 2019. More recently, they have obtained certifications in Leading Teams: Developing as a Leader from Coursera, Cold Calling Masterclass from Sales Impact Academy, and Diversity and Inclusion in Education from Coursera, all in December 2022.
