Alejandro Chavez

Alejandro Chavez has extensive experience in the aviation and engineering sectors, currently serving as the Engineering Production Support Manager at Textron Aviation since June 2011. In this role, Alejandro oversees the EPS/MRB department across multiple Chihuahua plants, ensuring timely responses to non-conformances while maintaining production flow and structural integrity. Previous positions include Engineering Production Support Leader and Quality Engineer, focusing on solutions for non-conformance issues and managing quality metrics. Prior to Textron, Alejandro worked at Emerson Process Management as a Manufacturing Welding Engineer, leading welding processes and procedures, as well as at Visteon in various engineering roles, conducting cost analysis, product design, and managing supplier development. Alejandro holds a Master in Business Administration from Sul Ross State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey. An exchange program at the University of Manitoba further enhanced Alejandro's engineering education.
