Derek Settles

Derek Settles is an experienced engineering and management professional with a career spanning over 20 years. Currently serving as Supervisor of Interior Engineering at Textron Aviation since January 2014, Derek has previously held roles as Senior Engineer and Engineer Specialist. Prior experience includes managing multiple programs as a Program Manager at United Technologies, ensuring the effectiveness of Integrated Product Development Teams. Additionally, Derek worked as a Field Services Engineer at Audio International, providing technical support for aircraft audio and video systems. Earlier roles included Production Manager and CNC Programmer/Machinist at Little Rock Tools, Inc. Derek holds a degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, completed in December 2006.
