Timothy Gerlach

Timothy Gerlach has over a decade of experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as the Director of Flight Safety & Security at Textron Aviation since January 2011. Previously, Timothy held various roles at Textron Aviation, including Program Manager for Piston Aircraft and Manager of Flight Operations for Piston Training/Demonstration. Prior to this, a tenure at Honeywell Aerospace involved working as a Senior Field Service Engineer on the T-Hawk Demo Team. Timothy's experience also includes positions at Eclipse Aviation Corporation, where responsibilities included managing Airplane Flight Manuals and serving as a Flight Instructor for the EA 500. Early career experience includes a Flight Instructor position at the University of North Dakota. Timothy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautics with a focus on Commercial Aviation from the University of North Dakota between 2000 and 2003.
