Molly Seeman

Molly Seeman is an experienced contracts and legal professional with a diverse background in contract management and compliance. Currently serving as Contracts Business Manager and previously as Principal Contracts Specialist at Textron Systems since August 2019, Molly has a strong foundation in export control and financial analysis from prior roles, including ITAR & EAR Export Control Coordinator at Andromeda Systems Incorporated. Previous experience also includes positions at Logis-Tech, inc. as Contracts Manager and Project Manager, and as Legal Administrator for the Don and Roy Splawn Charitable Foundations, where grant management and corporate compliance were primary responsibilities. Molly began a legal career as an Associate Attorney at Horan, Lloyd, Karachale, Dyer, Schwartz, Law & Cook, Inc. Molly holds a Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy Studies from Trinity College-Hartford.
