Cynthia Durkin

Cynthia (Cindy) Durkin is an experienced legal and compliance professional currently serving as Executive Counsel at Textron, where leadership and support for compliance and ethics programs are provided across the global enterprise. Previously, Durkin held the position of Vice President - Compliance and Ethics at Kohler Co., overseeing the corporate compliance and ethics program for a multi-billion dollar manufacturing and consumer products corporation. Durkin has also served as Vice President and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at Arconic, Chief Compliance Officer for multiple divisions within GE, and practiced litigation at various private law firms. Durkin holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Kentucky and a BA in Political Science, graduating with distinction.
