Karl Laskas

Karl Laskas is an accomplished legal and trade compliance professional with extensive experience in international trade. Currently serving as Executive Counsel and Executive Director of Global Trade at Textron since June 2021, Laskas previously held the position of Senior Director of International Trade Compliance at General Atomics from October 2018 to June 2021. Prior to that, Laskas was Vice President of Global Trade at Dell from November 2014 to December 2017, and also served as Vice President and Director of Export Controls & Compliance at Honeywell from March 2004 to November 2014. Laskas holds a JD in International Law from the University of Virginia School of Law, as well as an MA in International Relations from Yale University and a BA in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh.
