Kate Beckett, CFCM, CPCM, is an accomplished program management director in IT with extensive experience in contract management across multiple sectors including defense, aviation, and unmanned systems. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Contracts at Textron since May 2020, Kate leads contracts for diverse product lines and oversees managers and individual contributors in unmanned aircraft contracts. Previously, Kate held senior managerial positions at Spirit AeroSystems, winning the 2019 Performance Excellence Award, and Textron, where responsibilities included managing high-value contracts for military vehicles and aerospace programs. Initial career experience at Raytheon Technologies included negotiating and administering significant contracts and proposals. Kate holds an MBA from Indiana University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from The University of Kansas.
