Jim Rigney

Jim Rigney is a seasoned quality and operations leader with extensive experience in the electronics manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Director of Quality at TG3 Electronics, Inc. since September 2014, Jim specializes in improving Quality Management Systems and driving process optimization. Previously, Jim contributed to education as an Adjunct Instructor at ITT Technical Institute and held significant roles at J.W. Speaker Corporation and ZF Electronics, where strategic leadership and program management were key focuses. Jim’s background includes a variety of leadership positions, such as Plant Manager and Manufacturing Engineering Manager, underscoring a commitment to operational excellence, process innovation, and mentoring future professionals.
