Kirill Strach is an experienced Project Controller at TGE Gas Engineering Bonn since October 2009, specializing in project cost tracking, forecast analysis, project progress monitoring, and cash flow planning. Responsibilities include introducing project control tools to TGE Shanghai, updating schedules using Primavera P6, enhancing project reporting from MS Navision, and capacity planning for the TGE group with MS Project.
