Scott Tompkins

Scott Tompkins is a professional with extensive experience in project management and data analysis, currently serving as the Global Project Lead and Data Management Business Analyst at TGS since March 2022. As the Owner of Think Outside, LLC since May 2020, Scott has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills. Previous roles include Permit Operations Manager and VP of Permit Operations at Discovery Acquisition Services, LLC, along with a tenure as Global Data Project Manager at Spectrum ASA and Senior GIS Data Manager at Spectrum Energy Management. Scott began the career as Project Manager and GIS Database Manager/Mapper at Discovery Acquisition Services. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in GIS, Environmental Science, and Computer Applications from State University of New York Cortland, earned between 2004 and 2008.
