Christine Clarkson began their work experience in 2004 at General Dynamics Mission Systems–Canada, where they held various roles including Human Resources Advisor, Manager of Human Resources Operations, and Manager of Strategic Sourcing & Labour Relations. In 2015, they moved to the General Dynamics Mission Systems-International team, serving as the Head of HR (GD UK), Learning & Dev, Strategic Sourcing (International) and then later as the Senior Manager of Talent Management. In 2018, they joined IFS as the Manager of People & Culture. Currently, they are working as the Human Resources Director at Thales Canada.

Christine Clarkson started their education at Carleton University from 1996 to 1999, where they pursued a degree in Commerce with a specialization in Human Resources. In 2005, they obtained certification as a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) from the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario. Later in 2010, Christine attended Integral Coaching Canada (ICC) and became a Certified Coach. Christine furthered their professional development by completing a Mini-MBA Program at McGill University in 2012. In 2013, they obtained a Leadership Circle Certification (360 Assessments) from the Leadership Circle. Finally, in 2017, Christine completed a Talent Management Certification program at the Institute of Organization Development.
