Fadi Ghourani

Fadi Ghourani is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in partner engagement, business development, and management across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Partner Engagement at Thales since May 2022, Ghourani co-founded The Flight Corp from September 2020 to May 2022. Prior roles include Global Business Development Director, General Manager for Connected Airports, and Sales Leader for Mega Projects in the Middle East at Honeywell Aerospace USA from January 2015 to August 2020. Ghourani also served as Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Searidge Technologies Inc. and worked as an Economic Analyst for Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada. Ghourani began a career in sales at Consumer Impact Marketing from 1999 to 2004. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Commerce in International Management and Marketing from the University of Ottawa, with additional studies at Uppsala University and NEOMA Business School.
